Frank’s encourages our employees to promptly report any violations or concerns regarding Frank’s policies. For those who prefer to report anonymously, we maintain a Compliance and Ethics Hotline, available by phone or online.

The hotline is administered by a global third-party, independent service that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reported concerns are promptly investigated by Frank’s International.

Protection

Any employee who reports a concern in good faith will not experience any adverse consequence for having done so. In accordance with Frank’s International policy and applicable law, employees will not be penalized or retaliated against in any way after reporting their concerns to Frank’s International.
