The history of Frank’s International is a remarkable entrepreneurial success story. Our company’s roots date back to 1938, when Mr. Frank Mosing founded Frank’s Casing Crew & Rental tools as a one-crew casing company operated out of his garage. From the beginning, the company was dedicated to providing a quality job at a fair price. This commitment resulted in continuous and steady growth into a multi-service company focused on tubular and well construction solutions.
In 1950, Frank’s son, Donald E. Mosing, joined the business—serving as the company’s first engineer. Over the years, Donald was a driving force in the development of many of the company’s proprietary tools and processes.
In 1981, Keith Mosing formed Frank’s International, and his entrepreneurial efforts led to expansion of Frank’s operations and footprint, not only across the U.S. but also into South America, Asia, Africa and Europe.
In 2013, with Keith Mosing as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank’s International N.V. completed an initial public offering of its stock and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FI.”
Over the course of nearly 80 years in business, Frank’s has emerged as a recognized industry-leading global provider of highly-engineered tubular running services, tubular fabrication, and specialty well construction and well intervention solutions with a focus on complex and technically demanding wells. Under new leadership, Frank’s continues to build on the legacy of the Mosing family and their commitments to innovation, safety and service quality. Today, our sales, operations and manufacturing facilities are active on six continents, providing integrated well construction support to our customers across the world’s oil and gas producing regions.
We remain committed to delivering outstanding value to our customers, employees and communities where we live and work.
