Through an ongoing series of lean initiatives, we have improved the utilization of our workforce to better meet our customers’ requirements around the world. We have implemented employee training programs to help identify waste and develop and standardize sustainable processes to eliminate or reduce that waste. We have also effectively lowered our cost of procurement to reduce our overall cost while increasing reliability for customers.
