Putting People First

We consider people our most important asset.

Frank’s has identified people as one of our primary strategic pillars.  They are not only our most important asset, but they are key stakeholders in everything we do as a company.

We build quality and safety into the design process for our custom technology. We also standardize our global training processes to ensure all jobs are executed to high standards of safety and quality. Employee engagement is of paramount importance and ensuring fair and equitable treatment of our workforce is a cornerstone of success for Frank’s.

We invest in our people through learning and development programs that reinforce and update existing skill sets, and which develop employees’ competencies into new and complementary areas of expertise. We have created and foster on-going Communities of Learning where employees share expertise and knowledge to further the contribution of each person. We also actively solicit employee feedback and constantly strive to make Frank’s an employer of choice. We empower employees with an ownership mindset that encourages accountability and creativity – leading to new and better solutions.

Supporting Local Hiring

Frank’s actively supports local content initiatives through sourcing and training local staff across our global network in approximately 50 countries on 6 continents. We look for opportunities to develop and promote local nationals to key positions within their home countries.

Diversity and Inclusion

Frank’s executive leadership actively participate in industry initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion and the enhancement and development of human capital. We also promote ESG efforts via executive thought leadership in industry forums. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected at the highest levels by female representation in the executive ranks and on our Board of Directors. As one of our goals for 2020, Frank’s is endeavoring to launch a formal Diversity and Inclusion Program to better support our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
