Supporting Local Hiring
Frank’s actively supports local content initiatives through sourcing and training local staff across our global network in approximately 50 countries on 6 continents. We look for opportunities to develop and promote local nationals to key positions within their home countries.

Frank’s executive leadership actively participate in industry initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion and the enhancement and development of human capital. We also promote ESG efforts via executive thought leadership in industry forums. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected at the highest levels by female representation in the executive ranks and on our Board of Directors. As one of our goals for 2020, Frank’s is endeavoring to launch a formal Diversity and Inclusion Program to better support our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
