Frank’s encourages our employees to promptly report any violations or concerns regarding Frank’s policies. For those who prefer to report anonymously, we maintain a Compliance and Ethics Hotline, available by phone or online.

The hotline is administered by a global, third-party, independent service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Frank’s International promptly investigates reported concerns.



Any employee who reports a concern in good faith will not experience any adverse consequence for having done so. In accordance with Frank’s International policy and applicable law, employees will not be penalized or retaliated against in any way after reporting their concerns to Frank’s International.


A Culture of Compliance

In 2016, Frank’s implemented a rigorous compliance training program for all employees, consisting of mandatory enterprise-wide online training, in-person training for management-level employees, and individually-executed compliance certifications. All required trainings and certifications are conducted on an annual basis.
