Safety and society

We value our people and commit to providing safe and healthy working conditions, with set targets to eliminate hazards, and reduce risks. We commit to providing appropriate and adequate training and resources necessary to preventing work-place injury and ill health. We further commit to employee consultation and participation to learn from their insight and experiences.

  • We set annual targets against IOGP industry safety performance reporting to reduce health and safety incidents across Expro. Where we can not use a benchmark, we use a percentage reduction on previous year's performance.
  • To ensure preparedness in the case of an emergency, an Emergency Response flowchart and directives are in place across the business, with specific plans detailed in local locations.
  • We proactively follow procedures for hazard identification and risk assessment, identifying hazards and putting in place control measures to reduce the risk to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
  • Currently, Expro holds ISO45001 or OHSAS 18001 in a number of locations to ensure we continue to meet these standards, internal and external health and safety audits are regularly conducted.
